Help what are options
I’ve applied for STEM opt on June 22 evening 6-7 CST, June 22 is my end date. I had some delay from employer to get my i983 and then getting the i20. I thought I had submitted in time, but I later got receipt notice showing that I submitted on June 23.
So according to that receipt I missed the deadline. Is there anything I can do. What are my options now?
Should I looking for PHD now itself or is too late for the applications even?
