Requirements:

• Live in the Houston area within a reasonable commute distance to our Operations Center on Millet Street.
• Proven history in sales, with experience in cold calling, account management, and territory management.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our services.
• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Initiative-taking and purposeful, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business success.
• Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.

Hi DFW! We’re selling our home （3BR/2BA | 1,666 sq ft**）**in Valley Ranch, Irving (75063) after living here for almost 10 years.

We genuinely love the house and neighborhood and weren’t originally planning to leave, but my grandmother is in her 90s and living in a senior care facility, so we’ve decided to move closer to her.

The house was built in 1994, but it has been very well maintained, updated over the years, and never used as a rental. We recently had additional maintenance/touch-ups done before listing, and the roof was replaced in 2024.

A few things we’ve really loved about living here:

I’ve always believed buying and selling a home is partly about timing and fate. This house has brought me a lot of good memories and good luck，I reconnected with someone I once liked and married her, started a new career after 10+ years at my previous job, and we’ve been happy and healthy here. We’re only moving to be closer to family and our 90+ year-old loved one, so it’s honestly pretty hard to leave. 🥹

I'm moving. Life is going to be unpredictable for a while. Everything in this picture is free, as long as you move it before August 26. I can not help lift anything for medical reasons. You'll need muscle and a plan. I'll drain the tanks 75% but it's still going to be heavy.

The bottom tank has a dwarf gourami and ramshorn snails, a nerite snail or two. The top tank has ramshorn snails, a few nerite snails, several cherry shrimp, 9 glow light tetras, and the 2 surviving female Dalmatian mollies.
