DFW doc testing a preventive wellness program, looking for 10 beta testers

Hey everyone,

I’m an ER physician practicing here in Dallas.

I see so many people end up in urgent cares or ERs for things that really could've been caught or managed years earlier with basic lifestyle changes and preventive habits. Our current healthcare system is broken as you've all probably felt, it's set up to wait until something breaks before doing anything.

I’ve been building a direct-access preventive health and lifestyle coaching platform called Ayah Health (ayah.health) to help people work on the basics: metabolic health, diet, sleep, and getting routine bloodwork done without paying insane markups.

Right now, I need honest feedback on the intake flow, the portal, and how the monthly check-ins feel before I roll it out to more people.

I’m opening up 10 spots for local beta testers at $10/month. That basically just covers the software costs on my end, and if it’s helpful and you stick with it, that price is locked in for life. No insurance needed, no contracts, cancel whenever you want.

If that sounds like something you'd find useful, head over to the site (https://ayah.health/wellness), check out what I’m building, and run through the intake. I'll review it personally, and if it’s a good fit, I’ll send over the portal invite. The checkout code to get the $10 rate is BETA10. Once 10 people sign up, I’m turning the code off so I don't get overwhelmed and can actually give everyone real attention. Just for comparison, regular pricing will be set at $150 for the initial intake with a continued $99/month subscription.

(Quick side note: if you ever get stuck with something minor like strep, a sinus infection, or just need a routine non-controlled refill without burning half your day in an urgent care waiting room, I also handle same-day virtual visits through the site for a flat $55.)

Happy to answer any questions in the comments.
