Six years later, I still spend hours arguing with a dog's nose.

People see the finished piece.

What they don't see is me staring at the same three blurry photos for two hours trying to figure out what color the dog's eyes actually were.

Or restarting an ear for the fifth time because it just doesn't look right.

Or finding wool on literally everything I own.

The funny thing is, most customers don't ask for perfection.

They just want to look at it and say,

"Yep. That's my boy."

And somehow that's always the hardest part.

Every poke of the needle is a test of skill and patience — all for a companion that lasts forever.

People think making felted pets is relaxing. It isn't.

I spend hours staring at hundreds of photos trying to figure out whether a dog's nose was slightly crooked or if one ear sat higher than the other.

Then I stab wool thousands of times with a tiny needle.

Sometimes I question my life choices.

But every now and then, a client says:

"That's exactly how I remember him."

And somehow, all those hours become worth it.

Not many jobs let you turn memories into something people can hold again.

Some Goodbyes Aren't Forever

Since they left, there was an empty space that never quite healed...

Until now.

With a needle in hand,
we stitch love and memories back together,
one tiny detail at a time,
until a familiar face returns to your side. ❤️

With a wand-like needle,
a soft little friend is summoned from the fluffy clouds.Maybe it came from one of your dreams,
or a warm little thought in your heart. Now, carrying the warmth of handmade love,
it’s ready to give you a fluffy hug.

This Isn’t Just a Pet Sculpture… It’s Love Made Visible

She sent us a few old photos and some fur, asking for a little dog just like the one she once had.
“Don’t make it too perfect — leave the nose slightly crooked, because that’s exactly how it was.”

At that moment, we understood:
this wasn’t just a handmade piece, but a memory she never wanted to lose again.
