He stole from my neighbors cars and beat out their windows. So I went around asking the circle k, Valero and speedway. And this girl said he lived across the street from her.

I drove around until he arrived back home and then knocked on his door in attempt to let it be known I know that he is the one, not only stalking me, but breaking into the cars outside. For my safety I had my best friend on call. I was gonna dispute it with him by letting him know now that I know where he lives, I know who he robs the cars and garages with. Since he won’t answer, when I know he’s awake, I’m going to the direct manager. His neighbors said they’ll kick him out of the community.

I know he does hard drugs with his neighbors nearby. Im gonna go to his trailer park community manager and let it be known that he stands a foot outside my window stalking me. That he shows up around 3am-6am to steal from the cars and garages. He drives around without a license plate and still somehow never gets pulled over or arrested. He does hard drugs and this is a reach but probably cooks it up with his friends or something. I’m not sure but his house fucking STUNK. It smelled like burning rubber and piss. When I knocked on the door three or four times, he purposely did not answer even though he’s awake. He didn’t respond or tell me to go away either but I could hear movement.

The people at circle k said that guy with the tattoos pulls up and takes his pants off behind the store and harasses people coming in and out of the circle k. She says she has to constantly kick both of them out. The police lied to me and said he’s homeless when he’s not. He lives 1-2 minutes from my house. He did lie saying he doesn’t speak English, his neighbors said he does. Also there’s no way he’d be able to speak to his accomplice if he actually didn’t know English. Idiot.

It started off with moped guy being the scout for the area first, and one day he found me outside. Like 3 weeks to a month later he was watching me through my window. After that he has showed up everyday to every other day. When he drives by, he looks at my house every time now. It used to be he’d just drive slow in front to bother me. Everytime I check, if I make it to the window at time it never fails that the direction of his head is looking at my apartment.

It makes sense for him to drive my way because he does live 1-2 minutes away off Penile rd. But standing outside of my window??? Or being outside my apartment with the moped on the sidewalk in front of the cars?? Or having an accomplice this last time I come home, when I normally am alone.

What do we do to stop this man from robbing, patrolling, and stalking my home??? I need to finish filing a police report but I’m unsure how. Ive been told if I finish my report and file an epo or something of that sort that he can no longer be on property at all. I’m just a dummy and I get scared I’m going to do something wrong and I’ve wanted someone smart to be there with me and direct me on any questions to ask or what else to do.

I’ve been waiting on my mom to be home or have free time to help me make sure I call the right number or option. I don’t want to dial the wrong number or it not get put in the system somehow because I contacted the wrong people? I’m just afraid I’ll do it wrong and I think I just should go up to a station and file and report somehow?? I’m not sure how any of this works sorry that I’m kinda a dummy.

Yesterday morning the story of the man on the red moped continues, the man on the red moped has watched me sleepthrough my window during daylight. I’m nightshift, my best friend and I was out all Saturday night eating lasagna with our dear friend and his mother. We went and got Taco Bell out in Hillview around 5 am before it closed.

We were pulling into Newtown Woods and we hear red moped guy. It went silent as we parked and I said to Shawn, “where the fuck is he??” He replied, “..I’m not sure” I noticed a bald man on a black push pedal bike circling behind us. We got out of the car and it’s silent besides the whirring of the bald guys pedals. We step on the sidewalk in front of the apartments and Shawn looks about 20 feet from where we’re at. Red moped guy is sitting on his moped on the sidewalk outside of my apartment. We see the bald, push pedal guy pull up behind my car, and he stops. I do not see red moped guy due to poor vision and I was paying attention to the guy on the bike right behind us. Shawn looks at me and says “RUN” we take off to my front door and jam the keys the fastest I’ve ever done in my life, and make it inside the house. Without even locking the door I run into my mom’s room,but she was down at the lake. I was met with my young cousin sleeping in her room, and then turn and bust through my aunts room and instantly wake her up. I said “red moped guy is here and he brought a bigger friend” she yanks herself out of bed, without even putting shoes on and comes outside with me and Shawn.

I instantly am on the phone with the police. We come outside and now moped guy and pedal bike guy is standing beside each other and when my aunt asks “what are yall doing here?”, Bald, push pedal guy says that “We’re waiting on our boss, his moped ran out of gas and we’re waiting on him to get here…” and I think he keeps going on making up excuses.

My aunt cuts him off and says “no that’s not what you’re doing, do you live here what are you doing?” Something of that nature and the bald man on the push pedal turns around and takes off into the grass. I tried to get a video of him before he took off, but since I was on the 911 call I didn’t get a picture of the new guy that showed up with him. I got a video of moped guy.

Moped guy didn’t run out of gas, he couldn’t get his moped to start after he turned it off on the sidewalk. We all start cussing at him telling him to get the fuck out of here. Shawn was going off on both of them, before push pedal guy leaves. Moped guy, manually keeps picking up his bike at an attempt to turn around at the round about, but his engine wasn’t turning over. It took him several minutes and he took off on the moped. The police showed up about 30 minutes later but it was too late. They were gone, again.

The second guy had a cleanly shaven bald head, a black jacket, and a black push pedal bike, he was bigger than moped guy, probably around 180-240 pounds. He was more muscular than moped guy. He’s a white guy.
This happened in Louisville Kentucky, and we think that these guys have had an altercation at the Valley Farms apartments. If you have any information about these individuals, go to the police.
