Trying to figure out triggers
I know that bright sunlight and heat for sure causes them, I live in AZ so that makes life... tricky...
But I was told to try to find other triggers. I finally have a neurologist but the medication isn't working yet.
Today I woke up, took my dog for a walk and then noticed my vision went weird, I got auras, and then I started being unable to read and I realized it was a migraine, but I don't usually get them in the morning... I am wondering if it's possible that food I ate the day before caused it? How long does it usually take before a trigger hits?
