Nervous about Nanny and/or Daycare

I'm a mother to a 13 month old who is now resuming work from office, and moving to Dombivali. The play schools I've seen do not share live CCTV footage 24x7. I'm nervous about CCTV installation at home and nanny finding blind spots - how much coverage would one get around the house anyway?

I am self employed, and we have a new shop. I can take my baby to my workplace, but I'm not sure if this is a good arrangement, because sometimes there's pollution and construction going on there, plus there's no where she can sleep or even sit comfortably and play, and my productivity shall also be heavily impacted by her presence. The shop is 4km from home, I can't cook for her, I can't run to her. I am just very nervous that if I'm not there to soothe her, I don't know how she would manage.

She also has cow milk protein intolerance. She also has a very strong feed to sleep association, and the 3 times I've left her behind, she's cried to sleep while my MIL rocked and patted and sang to her. My husband works from office at least 3 days a week, and with some managerial change, that's set to increase.

As for me working from home - it's a new space, and I have to hire a new employee to manage work, so I need to train the employee as well. And till I hire someone, I have to go there everyday. Extremely stressed. I need a nanny or a daycare, please help.
