Advice 24 year old mechanic.

I am a 24 year old mechanic i’ve been working at my dealership for almost 3 years now. I am just looking for advice on what to do i’ve been here 3 years now and a huge majority of the work of done is just easy recalls like the stuff nobody wants to do. i work under someone and am paid hourly so i get it for the most part but i am not learning much and my manager rarely sends me to classes even though i have all of my online classes complete. i tell them im sick of doing recalls and i want to do more so i can learn and progress into bigger harder jobs. but nothing ever changes. i genuinely think i have learned more working on my own cars & friends & family. I feel stuck with no opportunity for growth even though i ask time and time again. I show up and i know what im doing. I am not a bottom of the barrel mechanic i dont cut corners im not a hack but sometimes i feel like a glorified lube tech. there is guys who have moved down from lube tech doing more work than me in 1 month. i just feel like a recall jockey & i genuinely don’t know what to do. i am not happy doing the same thing over and over it burns me out and i just want to do more work because i know im capable of it. but my manager just doesn’t seem to care. Please if anyone has any advice please let me know. Thank you for your time if you have read this i know it’s kind of long.
