I always arrive 10 minutes before my shift and leave right on time. My colleagues, on the other hand, show up late and leave early every single day, leaving the rest of us to cover the workload.
One coworker told me I could just leave early too, but he’s already overwhelmed with work because of them. I decided I had enough and emailed our supervisor. HR is now investigating, and my coworkers are scrambling to find out who reported them.
