I tried to redeem a gift card award tonight, and when I clicked on my points to do that, I got this screen. I don’t have any point deductions to my account, so why would my account be frozen?? I was able to add receipts earlier to my account, and even had a redeemed gift card sent to me. So why would it suddenly be frozen, without having any points deducted?!

Anyone’s offers jump below 1,000 for the general groceries?? Usually there are many offers that are 1,000-5,000 points, and this morning I noticed there’s none now, and they’re all under 1,000 points. Anyone else notice this?!
