After 3 retrievals, we had 2 PGT-A normal embryos. On May 11, we transferred 1 and found out today that it did not stick. We would like to transfer the other embryo we have prior to facing potentially more retrievals. We welcome any advice the community may have and know that a lot of it is just luck and happenstance. However, if there’s anyone that had an unsuccessful first frozen embryo transfer that had success the second time, is there anything you did differently that you think might have helped?
