Winterize my Coleman Pool

Hi everyone. I live in Iowa and this summer has been a hot one. I am over it. So over it that I got busy with other things and now my pool has algae growing in it. Oops.

Anyways, this is my first year with a Coleman 22x52 pool. It's too large to take down so we're leaving it up. My question is, how do I winterize it?

Tonight's Broadcast

So tonight I am not able to watch the Twins game. My husband texted me that Corey and Plouffe were talking about banana Ball at Target Field. He thought they said something about my favorite Brian Dozier. Does anyone know what that was all about? Is he playing with the Bananas tonight?

Switch 2 and a treadmill

Does anyone know of a way to hook my switch 2 up to the treadmill? This fall, once swimming in my backyard pool is over, I want to walk on the treadmill again. So I am hopeful there is a way to play the Switch 2 on there.

So now what?

I got my Switch 2 last night. Its all updated and ready to go when I get off work today. So, I guess my next question is...what do I do with my original Switch? I can still play on it also right? So like when I have my little nephews they could play that instead of my switch 2?

Newbie here

So I have the original switch. I want to upgrade to a Switch 2. I am a huge Disney dreamlight valley player. I also use my original Switch to entertain the little nephews with Mario Kart, Life, Mouse Trap, etc. So what honestly all do I need to get?

Pool Cover & Skimmer

Hi everyone - newbie here. We have installed our Coleman 22x52 above ground pool. I absolutely love it!! My mom got me a bubble wrap solar cover for it. Its 21ft cover which is fine. My husband installed a bestway over the pool skimmer. Its one you don't have to cut the liner for. Its great. After we installed the skimmer on Wednesday we decided to leave the cover off. However, I think for temp reasons and the fact that it was a gift, I want to use it. We need to run the pump for the skimmer, but the cover will hit the skimmer. Any suggestions how we can use both and be happy??

Aquariums from Olaf Museum

What do you all do with the aquariums you get from Olaf's museum? I have one room in my house with the first 2 aquariums, but not sure if I wanna add a second room.

What about all the other rewards decor? What do you do with it?

Treasure Hunt 2026

Ok, I am confused. I've done all the digging and fishing. I've solved the clues. But my one memory is not complete and I don't have the pirate mast. What do I do? I am lost.

HRT - no one believes in it?!

So I've been on the estradiol patch since April. I have been on testosterone since April 2025. I know it takes a bit to start to working. I've had a couple bouts of extreme anxiety in the last couple weeks. First time was before a BBQ at my in-laws house. I couldn't go. Second time was yesterday after spending almost 2 days with my lil nephews, my lil sis, and my parents. My mom wanted me to read them their bedtime story, but I could barely talk and ended up crying in the bathroom. I finally had to give in and go home.

My mom thinks HRT is a bad idea. My husband has made a few comments about it. I don't know what to do. Does this get any better? I was never this emotional when I had my few bouts of depression. Even when I was a teenager I didnt cry this much. I was more of an angry girl on my period. Should I talk to my doctor? I don't have a scheduled follow up till July but she's really good about responding to messages.

Mirabel - Where does she live?

I am working on designing my village finally. I have everyone placed except Mirabel. Right now she's the only one on the floating island and that makes me sad. Where do you all have her?

I absolutely hate this "time of the month"

Ok, to start I am 42f, married, been on testosterone cream for a year, estrogen patch for 3 weeks, vaginal estrogen cream for 3 weeks. So far, I don't know if I've seen any changes. My brain fog doesn't feel as bad some days. Libido is still nonexistent. Sleep is iffy. Emotions are ok most days. I had a hysterectomy two years ago, left ovaries. I still feel like I have a time of the month. I get super hungry, emotional, and crampy. Its annoying. Now add in my job being acquired by another company and I am just losing it. Weekends just become a point where all I want to do is veg at home. My job is safe, but I am involved in a lot of meetings during the week which just drain me. I'm beginning to feel like my husband and I are just roommates. I've skipped family functions cuz I just can't.

Ugh, sorry. Just had to rant some place where people might understand.
