I usually see so many people who have insanely good aim and I wonder how do you guys practice for aiming, what's your normal sensitivity, and do you play with aim assist on or off?

I'm just tired of missing my shots on any character with a straight forward move like Yafo alpha, Assault all might, or Endeavor
