Weird situation that I live in a block of 6 flats and 2 of the flats are serviced by VM, I can see the cables running to the flats from the box outside however mine shows unavailable. Rang them, and said they will pass it on to the team and get back to me within 2-3 days. Has anyone had this issue before?
