I have recently had a supplement (from Vine) that is giving me a lot of unease about it, mainly because on the product itself, it claims to be made in the Uk, but on the product page it says it’s made in China. I have looked up the company that are based in the UK, but there’s no way to contact them, no phone, no website and no real information on the company or the products. The address given is a normal house not an office, and a search on Companies House hasn’t had the only person listed ID verified until next month, which is raising a whole bunch of red flags for me.
Does anyone know how I can verify that this product is safe for use in the UK, I understand that food supplements aren’t as strictly regulated as well as other types of supplements and the reviews are pretty good.
If anyone has any advice please do.

Can I ask you guys what do you do when you get a product that takes a while to “kick in“? How long do you typically leave it for before you start to review it? Obviously, we can take up to 30 days normally but what if the product takes longer than that? Would you ask for a 10 day extension period or do you just review after a few days or weeks?
I only ask because I have recently started on a Vine supplement and it seems that it can take up to 6 weeks before you start to see some (if any) improvement and I normally take about a week at the most before I start my reviews, and this is my first time reviewing one of these types of products.

I hope that everyone is staying safe and well in this heat.
Quick question:
Has anyone else had any texts purportedly from Amazon saying that you have to provide a code number for a delivery?
I have had one at around 4am today but I haven’t ordered anything more expensive than about £20-30 from Vine and I can’t think of anything that would be needed for a code.
None of these were pre-release items, one of which has been “lost“ by RM, and the other 2 were given next day delivery but not only did not turn up, but then kept changing the delivery dates several times before only informing me that one was being delivered that day, a few hours before they turned up with it. So do you ever mention any of this type of thing in your reviews? All I can say is that it was a good job that I wasn’t at work today.
I have a heated shoulder heat pad (taken) but weirdly it’s just turned up!

Hi all,
I’m just wondering if anyone else has had/is having issues with their deliveries from Royal Mail lately?
I ordered a Picnic Basket from AI on May 30th, and it was supposed to arrive by June 4th, which then changed to June 9th. I can see that it was supposed to have been sent to RM on June 2nd, but that’s when it all went kerblooey and I haven’t had any further updates from either RM or Amazon since then (June 2nd). RM says they are still waiting for it to arrive but Amazon says it’s already been sent to RM. Now it’s supposedly “Delayed in Transit“ but it was on a 48 hour tracking number.
I have sent an email to Amazon Vine CS with the order timeline, the order number and the RM tracking number today. It also shows that I could ask for a replacement or a refund which is odd.
I haven’t come across this sort of thing before now but I thought that replacements would not be possible because it’s a Vine order.
So, do I enquire about a replacement picnic basket or should I just ask the Vine CS gods to delete this from my review queue and account? It’s a real shame that it was this order that has gone awry because I really liked it and I have wanted one for years. Ah well, things happen!
