I’m not even exaggerating when I say I’ve applied to over 40 jobs and very few have responded. I think around 10 have answered and only 5 of those have given me an interview. After the interview they either ghost me completely without an answer or tell me I’m not hired. I come early and dress appropriately. What do I do??
