Finally got it outt!

Put in philips screw driver attachment in the cuts on the ring and hammered it thoroughly pushing it in clockwise direction!

Cassette ring lock not opening even after cutting it. Ive been struggling for to open it for 3 hours now, tried the tool, tried cutting it yet its not opening.

Please help
