the worst part is Blackrock and Vanguard control major shares in both PepsiCo and Walmart. Pitted against each other while shareholders laugh all the way to the bank

as a Company Man, I’m deeply concerned about the “new low price” label going far beyond FTC laws and what legal precedent shows class-action lawsuits gives consumers lots of money

because corporations rarely want to risk a public jury trial over pricing gaslighting, vast majority of cases result in massive payouts where consumers receive cash refunds. So I hope no consumers that find any bags still with this deceptive ad don’t consult a Consumer Protection class action lawyer to get consumers millions of dollars for the label going well beyond the time period legally allowed (not to mention the high-low scam of raising prices on other products to offset), that’d be terrible!

if you’re confused as to why pepsico doesn’t seem to care about being profitable, it’s because they don’t. shareholders are mutually invested in

the health insurance and pharmaceutical industry who now have lifelong patients because of our products.

at best, someone with really bad taste heads the innovation team and their subordinates are too afraid to break it to em. at worst,

they are actively creating products designed to fail to juice Unsaleables numbers, and more importantly, clog space that could’ve been used for products that actually sell. Either way, this “company” (multinational conglomerate) is far beyond parody
