For a while now, i've encountered opponents where the game perfectly runs locally with 60FPS, but the animations themselves are playing at 1/2 to even 1/4 of the usual speed.

How do they do this? Obviously this guy is by far not on the level of GoD1, when he can't break through while i'm playing one-handed, so i assume he's cheating!?
