Loved one considering moving to Ireland
I know this might be a stretch but I’ve scoured the subreddits and searched online & can’t find the answers to this. I have a loved one planning on moving from America to Ireland & claiming trans asylum due to the escalating anti trans sentiment going on here. I am aware of the hardships with asylum claims, especially with housing. I am concerned they may not be granted asylum & I have been trying to see if there have been any successful cases where trans Americans have been granted asylum in Ireland in the past year. All I have been turning up on here have been unsuccessful ones. Does anyone have an idea of the rate of accepted vs. rejected cases? Or know of anyone who has been successful?
