No numbness or tingling, but pain

I'm suffering from pain and dryness sensation in the upper side of my elbow since 1.5 year ago I met many surgeons, they've told me there's no need to surgery but I'm irritated. Should i take risk and go through a surgery?

chronic inflammation for 1.5 years

I've been dealing with chronic inflammation for about 1.5 years. I think the pain and the instability of the nerve have improved, but it's still irritating and hasn't completely gone away.

None of the doctors who reviewed my MRI and EMG recommended surgery.

Is it possible for this to heal on its own even after 1.5 years? If so, how much longer should I realistically wait to see if it completely resolves?

Should I reconsider surgery at this point, or would it make more sense to continue waiting since the symptoms seem to be gradually improving?

I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who has experienced something similar.
