Series 79 Kaplan

Anybody here take the 79 using Kaplan as their course provider? I’m curious how well prepared you felt using Kaplan once you took the exam

Knopman Marks

Has anyone passed the series 7 recently using KM? I need to get a 79 course and I know (based on what I’ve read) KM is pretty solid for 79 but also need a series 7 course. You get discounts bundling courses so was considering getting both from KM so curious if anyone has gotten series 7 relatively recently using KM and how well prepared you felt you were when you took the exam.

Advice

Passed my 82 last week, I used Securities Institute of America for my course provider. Just a heads up, 25-30% of that exam was NOWHERE in the SIA coursework. So for anybody asking for the best course providers (i’ve done it multiple times on this board) that was my experience with SIA. It was the first time I’ve used them because Kaplan doesn’t offer the series 82. I haven’t used them for any of my other licenses so I don’t know how securities Institute compares for other exams but this was my experience for the series 82. Just a helpful tip for anybody thinking about using them. For context, I was scoring in the 90’s for all of my quizzes and practice exams.

I’m looking for an exam prep provider. I’ve always used Kaplan but Kaplan doesn’t have any packages for the 82. Any recommendations for a good test prep co?
