I started growing broccoli sprouts a month ago and have been eating them daily - love them. But this has coincided with an insane number of fruit flies appearing. I bought a reputable organic brand.
Are fruit fly issues common with sprouting? Just curious. I'm not going to stop, but the buggers are pesky.

Hoping some Canadians (and BC would be ideal) can help me. I'm on dupixent in the UK. I'm moving to BC and my employer doesn't offer private medical but instead offers HSA. So I think I'm on my own with dupixent.
I absolutley cannot afford 100% out of pocket. My budget would probably be around $300-$400 max per month.
Am I going to have to choose between a job and dupixent? I wondered if anyone has recent experience of successfully getting dupixent for a lower cost without insurance. I'm aware of Freedom etc but I will literally have no private medical to cover any cost.

I've been living abroad for a number of years so am only just getting back in to bagging. I used to have a fine head for heights (I've done Aonach Eagach etc). But that head for heights is definitely not what it was.
I like to do munros at a good pace, around the minimum time suggested by Walkhighlands. Ideally, I like to start early. I'm hoping to find a group that may share these likes, just so that I am not hiking alone and have people around me to provide reassurance for the more exposed parts, where I tend to get into my own head when I'm hiking solo.
