Hello, I used to claim UC but shut my claim due to a change of circumstances ( I was in the middle of review waiting for the phone call but my ex moved in so we no longer qualified) my claim got shut no Problem. Unfortunately things haven’t worked out and I went back to my parents with my son but have secured my own property rented so need to reopen my claim. Has anyone ever re opened a new claim if so do I need to start compiling my bank statements or do I need to wait until I get called for review again? Hoping Someone else has been in this situation mean it’s been longer than 6 months iv not claimed I need to start a claim from scratch again . Thanks
