Say something happened and Neil fell off his bike, had an accident, got stuck in traffic etc. Would they cancel the show or did they have a backup drummer?
They turned up unannounced with no appointment and were let into the house where they proceeded to fiddle with the router for an hour and take it to bits and put back together again. Then said there might be a problem or not and left. This all sounds highly suspicious as there was no problem with internet before they arrived. What do other people think about this? Tried contacting EE on his behalf but I can't get through to them.
Using a Marantz PM60005 amp with outputs for two sets of speakers. I've got a pair of Wharfedale floorstanders and a pair of Mission bookshelf speakers. The Wharfedale are fine but I tried the Missions the other day and they have a touch more crisp treble, I just wondered if this was safe to plug them both in at the same time and if this would sound good, which would mean buying some more speaker cable if it was ok. edit. I don't mean biwire but plug two pairs of speakers into the two available speaker ports. Thanks.
Alex's singing really stands out louder than Geddys when he joins in. I really liked it, I always thought he was miming singing when I've seen live videos in the past.

The audio version is a rare scanner sourced recording. Unlike a soundboard recording that equally captures all instrument and mic feeds, a scanner would lock into a single feed of one of the band member's monitor/earpiece. Due to this, Alex's backing vocals are very prominent, giving you an interesting alternate angle to hear just how much vocals Alex actually did. (And how well he could sing!) The songs Alex sings on are Dreamline, Stick It Out, Driven, Half The World, Nobody's Hero, Freewill, and Roll The Bones. Also, the acoustic guitar and some synths sound somewhat distant due to not really being picked up by the scanner, but they are audible at a decent volume. Other than that, the electric guitar, bass, drums, and Geddy's vocals (and Alex's) are all very clear and balanced, thus this recording is pretty much soundboard-like quality.
