Won this little lad on eBay. He’s my first actual boy doll! Part of the back of his shoulder plate is broken off, but what’s left just says Germany. He’s about 14” tall with a cloth like body, very basic white bisque hands, and composition lower legs and feet. From what I can find online, he’s called the “American Schoolboy”.
I’m so thrilled to have a little guy to add to the collection. 💙
I recently got little Leta for a ridiculously good price, but I really have next to no knowledge on Jumeau dolls aside from admiring pics online. She’s 15” tall and She doesn’t have a red stamp on her head, but does have a body stamp. I don’t believe the wig is original, but it’s human hair so I’m leaving it. Her eyes are stationary, but are in with some kind of brown almost resin like glue. No plaster over them. As far as her markings, the closest I’ve gotten is that she’s a late Jumeau from right in that transition period when they merged with SFBJ. I could be way off base so any advice would be much appreciated. The listing said “Tete Jumeau”, but her body stamp says “Bebe Jumeau” so I’m not totally sure what to look up.

Found this little lady online for so cheap and I couldn’t resist her mildly put off expression. She feels like cloth of some kind and I think her hair is mohair maybe? I’ve never had a cloth doll like her and honestly I’m not even sure she’s antique (delete if not). Any ideas?
