Hello, I’m searching for a medical alert system that:

1. can call family members instead of 911 or dispatch
2. preferably no subscriptions or landline needed
3. can be worn and is easy to use

Some things to keep in mind:

1. the user doesn’t understand English, so any device that connects her with anyone besides family members is useless
2. she doesn’t have a smartphone (difficult to use) or a landline. (Is it possible to use a family member’s smartphone even though they will be gone most of the day or use an older smartphone and just leave it in one room)

I’ve been searching for days but haven’t found any that works for her situation (the closest one was LogicMark’s Guardian Alert but they only call 911).

If you have any device that could work or have any suggestions, please let me know. Thank you in advance
