So I did the deep with a guy and the condom broke, I kinda freaked out and 32 hours later I went to the ER and got on PEP.
I finished it after 28 days but I still get nervous every time I think about getting tested for HIV.
Any advice on how to calm down?
I keep thinking „what if it didn’t work?“, „what if it failed“ (and that’s considering he had HIV, he said he was clean but anxiety doesn’t work with facts)
