I once saw a movie on an antenna television as a kid, the poor quality of basic television back then and the fact it was set in the past makes it hard to guess a release decade. However I woke up to watch a scene where an old man with his wife behind him is holding a young man at gun point with a shot gun and the young man's wife is also there. The old man insists the young man has broken into his home that he's owned for years but the young man insists the he just bought that house. It turned out they both were right and were looking at themselves decades apart.
