I am looking for the previous edition of Annamalai Swami's book Living by the words of Bhagavan edited by David Godman. The latest edition does not have the section diary extracts and 'Conversations' . I have checked with all possible sources (Bhagavan arts store oppsite Ramana Ashram, VAK spiritual store, Amazon... all of them have only the latest edition. However it is possible that the previous edition is available somewhere in Tiruvannamalai or elsewhere or perhaps someone has a used copy they no longer need.

It should be economical, close to the ashram and tidy. Guess this is not as easy as it sounds. Almost all the homestays/dormitories have some or the other negative reviews (perhaps written by competitors! or else situated at a distance. But then how to get a nice place for few days?

Regular visitors and old timers would know the answer to this. On some days special lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. to ALL outside the dining all. Usually one needs to stay at the ashram to have lunch there but on these days it is free for all and the crowd will be huge as well. I think this special lunch is served on all Punarvasu days. Does anyone know on which other days is it served? Example Pradosham day/Ganapati Muni day etc too?

I am obsessed with almost everything including food and the fragrant sambrani they burn twice every day throughout the ashram. Might take a one day trip just to have the special food! Nothing beats the experience of getting to stay at the ashram though.
