I applied in JPMC and base sa mga nababasa ko mahigpit ang background check. I have been in 3 companies and lahat not rehireable.

So my question is do you declare or say the truth during interviews? Kasi ako hindi, sinabi ko na nagrender ako sa lahat but I’m worried na masilip nila yung totoo. I already passed the interviews and they’re already drafting my offer.

I have all the COEs naman sa lahat ng napasukan ko. I’m thinking about being honest with the background check. Working student ako before kaya ang messy ng employment history ko at syempre immature pa. But lahat yun pinagsisisihan ko and I just want to do better this time.

Should I tell the truth on the background check or should I stick to false story?
