Spent 55 minutes on hold just to have the phone put down on me
Been waiting for my self assessment tax refund since the start of April. It’s showing up as credit received and I have requested it to my bank account but nothing has changed since
Today I called and spoke to a advisor who said they would put me on hold whilst they look at my account then 55 minutes later the phone just went dead
I worked self employed and via PAYE last year if that makes any difference
Is anyone else having the same problem?
