AITAH for leaving my gf alone at school while I leave with my friends to get lunch instead of sitting with her?
For context, finals is next week at our school. My girlfriend and I both go to the same school and always spend lunch together. We sit next to eachother at lunch everyday with our now meshed friend group. My best friend (lets call him Tom) volenteered to carpool with me so him, the rest of my guy friends, and me can go off campus for lunch. I agreed but when I told my girlfriend I'd be gone for lunch everyday of that week, she seemed sad. We live 45 minutes away from eachother and only have 1 class together so dates don't happen often. I feel bad because she'll be alone all week. She says shes 'fine' but my mom taught me that when girls say that they don't actually mean they are fine. Please someone give me advice. Am I the asshole?
