Hi! Newer FA here who has not yet gotten assigned an Intl trip. I was wondering what you all think is more common, getting a trip off RR or standby for Intl. Also was hoping someone could explain how picking up fits into min vs max flying. Thanks :)

Hi! So I’m going to be heading off to training soon and was wondering something. I know when you graduate you go home for 5 days to sort things out and then you have your orientation at your new base. After your orientation do you immediately start flying out of your base? Or does it take a little to be assigned a trip/RSV shift.
just wondering if any recent CTO holders who got training dates were offered an earlier class than then their original one? and if yes how soon before the new date did they let you know? thanks guys and congrats :)
