I have posterior blephritis and can't seem to find any relief.
My doctor prescribed tacrolimus ointment months ago, but I felt it made my eyes more inflammed.
I've read recently that this can calm down after a week or so. I was thinking about giving this another try.
Can anyone advise on how is best to use this, and how long it takes to see results? Do I apply directly to the top of the glands? Along the water line?
Can anyone recommend any over the counter products that can help with burning lashline and red eyelids? I don't have eczema or crusts. Just red, inflammed and sore.

I'm a little bit anxious about us it, as it has a nasty preservative in it. I don't have any mucous or anything but my ophthalmologist thought it might help with MGD. Can I just put this on my lash line instead of inserting it as a drop? Any ideas or experiences would be great.
