Hi, I'm hoping someone can give me a bit more information. I recently read somewhere that Vaseline applied to eyelids can help inflammation. So last night I applied some to the lid and they were less red today. However, im slightly worried that this will make mgd worse. Can anyone help with this?

I have recently been told I have Ocular rosacea and rosacea on my face after having a skin scan. I'm allergic to doxycline and erythromicin, can anyone suggest any treatment I can ask my ophthalmologophthalmologist for? I'm currently on cequa and tacrolimus. I really don't want to be on steroids again. I also have allot of big veins/capillaries on my eyelids and a purple Line just above the lash line, which is making me self conscious.
I've tried IPL.

I have posterior blephritis and can't seem to find any relief.
My doctor prescribed tacrolimus ointment months ago, but I felt it made my eyes more inflammed.
I've read recently that this can calm down after a week or so. I was thinking about giving this another try.
Can anyone advise on how is best to use this, and how long it takes to see results? Do I apply directly to the top of the glands? Along the water line?
