2 hrs Newbie to the game...

While exploring Black Root Burrows, I was stuck at the falling boulder.

Die a few times, last attempt, faced a glitch and I was dropped to Moon Grotto.

I created a safe point, get stuck, can't get out anymore...

I have searched online and find out other people usually come to this area from the spiky area on the left with "double jump" skill. Which I havent earned it yet...

Is this a bug? Or is there other way to go out from it? :(
