Beikdugang MT - Admiral with a trait
With Beikdugang's MT getting revamped for Insyaa, I'm surprised this wasn't addressed because I remember it being the one sore spot when this MT was originally released, too. But anyway there is a mission midway down Beikdugang's tree that requires you to have an admiral with a combat trait. How do you all reliably accomplish this? I know I did it years ago but can't remember how now. Is there an estate privilege or spell I am forgetting about?
I have tried warring countries with navies (since you need to conquer a lot of the coast of Haless around this time anyway) and fighting their largest fleets again and again until they have no ships left, but still no trait. I think Beikdugang's location makes this especially hard because I have an awesome navy with nearly 100 tradition all the time, but the largest powers near me, like Bianfang/Dahui and the Command, have no navies to speak of. So each war only takes two or three engagements to wipe out the enemy's ships and then there's no more chance of an admiral trait.
