Hello everyone,

My mother is currently admitted at Sir Sunderlal Hospital (IMS BHU) with pancytopenia. We still don't have a clear diagnosis, and the doctors are talking about referring her to a bigger center for further evaluation.

She needs one unit of blood urgently, after which they'll discharge her.

Her blood group is B+, but any blood group can donate as the hospital provides the required RBC unit in exchange.

Her Hb is around 5.3 and she urgently needs blood transfusion. She has already received 7 units since mid-December. We need 2 units in total, but 1 unit is urgently needed right now.

Her blood group is B+, but any group can donate as the hospital provides the required RBCs in exchange.
