So just a few stupid questions to understand some basic concepts:

• Having the 2-piece set bonus of Storm Shepard...
  • makes my shred free
  • lighning storm never runs out
  • spirit is only a damage multiplier
• How does this interact with Huricane?
  • Is this runnig out of spirit?
• Wolves (with attack speed upgrade)
  • Is it important to press the activation?
  • Shouldn't they just attack in passive mode?

I've read here that if you want to get uniques for Obols, you need to go to another merchant and not to Temis. I've tried this myself, and it is true.

I never got uniques in Temis, and they come frequently in Cerigar.

Now I needed a Scattered Prism for sockets and I bought the caches in Temis (Bartering) and five in a row didn't contain a Prism.

I went to the actual den of mercenaries and every single cache had a Prism in it!

Is this a known bug?
