Yesterday I went dining at a friend of mine and he cooked me some chicken that he had bought at the supermarket two days prior. When I was helping cleaning at the end I noticed the chicken was two days past its expiration date and, even though it was cooked on the grill (or rather “in” the grill since he used one of those closed ones similar to a cast iron oven) for one hour and a half and it tasted great, I got anxious…
Especially after confronting my friend when he told me the chicken was a bit sticky right out of it packaging. At least he kept it in the fridge from when he bought it untill we ate it
How much should I be worried?
