Psychic dreams - guidance?
Hello all!
I've had psychic dreams my entire life but lately they have becoming more intense and I would love to connect with people who understand.
I have dreaming of people who have passed away who are asking for help, meeting with them or their family and trying to comfort them etc.
I wake up with specific names, towns or scenes in my head. Recently I had a person who was shot by the police during a mh crisis, and the family of a person who had committed suicide. When I searched details from the dreams I found news articles that appeared to match the details.
These dreams happen very randomly and I have no control over them. Sometimes I am very tired when I wake up.
Just wondering if anyone has any direction on navigating these types of experiences? Any further reading etc?
