Question For Any Other Three Staff

Asking as a Three Customer Advisor if there's any other Three staff on here who know. In my store usually if a customer had an issue and the standards complaint process wasn't working we'd just give the customer the exec office email. I think with the merger that email is now defunct, doesn't even get an automated reply anymore. Anyone know if there's a new one? Asking on here because iirc we teeeechnically weren't supposed to give it out and I figure probably shouldn't go asking on Teams. Cheers.
