We had our first ultrasound at 5w4d (done in my country to confirm location) and doctor said everything looks normal. He warned us that we might not see a heartbeat this early but we ended up seeing a flicker that he said was early cardiac activity, too faint to measure yet, but positive to see this early on.

The thing that gets me worried is that it seemed too slow (close to my heartbeat rate). Any similar stories? 🤍
