Hey everyone,

I’m currently managing marketing and leads at a medical spa.

Right now, we use PatientNow Pro as our EMR and HubSpot as our CRM to manage leads. The problem is, PatientNow Pro doesn’t integrate with HubSpot natively. Because of this, updating lead status is a massive manual headache, and it makes automated, timely follow-ups incredibly difficult to manage. And our marketing tools are fragmented across different platforms. The main problem is Patientnow won’t open their API.

They partner with Aesthetix CRM, I’m not very familiar with it and looking for any feedback on how’s the experience.
