Split nights with 1 nap transition help

My 12.5 month old is about 3 weeks into the 2 to 1 nap transition and we’ve been dealing with split nights ever since. He’s also cutting both top front teeth and has been walking since about 11 months now.

Current schedule is roughly:
Wake: 5:30–7 AM
Nap: around 11:45/12
Nap length has varied from 1h45–3h while I’ve been trying to figure things out
Bedtime: usually 6:45–7:15

The confusing part is the nights … Sometimes he wakes for 1–2+ hours in the middle of the night. Wakes have happened anywhere from 10:30 PM to 3:30 AM. During the wakes he usually still seems tired/restless, not fully awake and playful

Examples:
6:50 bedtime = wake around 3:30 for ~1 hour, slept until 7
7:15 bedtime = awake 12–2 AM and up again at 5:30
After a 3 hour nap we had our worst split night yet (2:30–5 AM)

What’s throwing me off is when I capped naps around 1h45, he often woke cranky. Longer naps made him MUCH happier during the day/evening. But I’m wondering if the longer naps are hurting overnight sleep pressure

Anyone else have really messy split nights during the first month of the 1 nap transition? Did it end up being overtiredness, undertiredness, teething, or just needing time?

My baby just turned one and for the last two weeks he’s been getting up around 530-6 instead of 7 to 730 am

Normally, he’ll have his first nap around 1045. I cap the nap at an hour. Second nap around 315 for 15 minutes and we do bedtime at 7:45 ish!

Is there anything we can do to push those early mornings?

He also wakes up at least twice in the night. Last night we had a bad teething night and he was up four times but still woke up at 5:40 for the day. He was pretty cranky, but wouldn’t fall back asleep.
