Part of my AAA roadside assistance package contains pickup for bike flats ect. Sometimes I ride up in the mountains. I know my number will come up one day and I will be pushing towards the nearest road. I’ve even fantasized about leaving it in the vegetation and thumbing my way home. Has anyone used this? I hear horror stories about 4 hour waits for suburban moms on the freeway waiting for AAA. Are they going to care about my scruffy stranded Aventure ass on a mountain road assuming I get a signal?
