Mistakes on listening and reading
Hello, everyone! I have only one week to prepare for my IELTS exam and need some help.
I did the practice questions on the IELTS Ready (free) platform and made some mistakes on the way I answered the questions.
First, in the listening section, the rules said "no more than three words OR a number" and I interpreted it as if there is a number accompanied by something I should write instead of just putting the number in. However, they gave me wrong for putting "two hours" and the solution said "2 hours", "twelve weeks"/"12 weeks". In the real test, would they consider it? Or should I write "2 hours"?
Second, in the reading section, I got three questions wrong for not adding an article prior to my response. The solution was "a black bodice" and my answer was "black bodice". They marked it as wrong. In the real test, would I lose these points?
