I'm buying tickets for the kuru and frost children show, but only upper balcony seating is available now. Does this get me access to the floor? I know for Regency Ballroom, if you have balcony seating tickets, you can go to floor too.

Does anybody know the set times for yosuke yukimatsu tonight?
