Minimum time to stay in a FT role
Hi guys, i’m currently working in a frontline healthcare role. Right now about few months in and already feeling the burnout from the role + experienced the toxicity and office politics.
What is the bare minimum number of months/years one should preferably stay in their role before thinking of exploring others?
