I recently had a surgery on my prostate. A side effect of the surgery is that, when I orgasm, nothing comes out. Everything else works fine and my orgasm still feels great but it’s bone dry.

When I got my vasectomy, I used to joke that I was shooting blanks but now I’m really shooting blanks.

I’m curious if women would see this as weird and disappointing, no big deal either way, or a positive like “no muss, no fuss”.
